Online Scheduler for video Conferencing or Future face to face appointments
How to schedule a treatment: 1. Choose a service
2. Choose the Health Care Provider ( we offer additional services such as Naturopathic services, Acupuncture, chiropodist, RMT, Reflexology, Lymphedema treatments)
3. Choose date and time (we have 15 to 30 minutes between clients to prepare and clean your space)
4. Method of payment: if you choose cash you can E-transfer to plewis123@hotmail.com, bank Transfer or pay at the clinic.
Teleconference (video calls)
Through video calls and online remedial exercise programs your Health Care Provider can help you with a wide range of musculoskeletal (muscle, soft tissue and joint related) conditions.
HOW DOES IT WORK? TELECONFERENCE FOR REHAB
- 1. Use our on line scheduler to reserve the service then Health Care provider followed by date and time.
- 2. You will receive a confirmation with a video login code and link to Video Conferencing appointment.
- 3. This will allow us to visually see and assess any presenting issues. You can use your computer, tablet or phone with internet connection and camera.
- Your therapist will connect with you face-to-face by video call to discuss and assess your condition, answer your questions, and develop a customized treatment plan. Send you customized exercise programs as needed. These programs can include detailed instructions, pictures, and videos to help guide you through your home based recovery program.
- Payments can be made securely online :cash means pay at the clinic
- Alternative : Payment can be made by credit card or e-transfer to plewis123@hotmail.com
