Massage Benefits

Some benefits of Massage Therapy

Many people think of massage purely as a relaxation tool, and while
there's no denying that massage can be a great way to help with winding
down, it can do much more than that.

Swedish massage is all about soft tissue manipulation. In other words,
the moving around of skin, muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia. When
any of these tissue types is not in its proper place or alignment, massage can help to bring it back to where it should be. For example, shortened muscles can be lengthened, lesions on tendons can be reduced and tight fascia can be stretched out, all to allow for better biomechanical movement. Whatever it is that ails your body, I'll be glad to talk to you about what massage can do to help.
