I Feel Heel and Arch Pain

Anyone who has or is participating in any activity is usually taught how to stretch out the Gastrocnemius muscle but it is very important to also stretch out the Soleus muscle which is located under the Gastrocnemius muscle.    The Soleus muscle contributes to knee and ankle stability and during activity such as running or jumping.  The combination of these two act like a pump helping to move blood back up towards the heart.
